Mail-Orders (shipping schedule)
Mail orders ship Mondays, first-come first-served, typically within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
We’ll email you before shipping to confirm you’re ready for your plants, and we’ll send your tracking number once your order is on the way.
At checkout, choose your preferred shipping week in the Mail Order Scheduling dropdown (bottom left, below your contact information and Order notes).

Delivery Scheduling (Vancouver Island)
Once we receive your order, someone will contact you to confirm the next available delivery dates and the closest meet-up / pick-up point.

Starting mid-March: we do 2–3 deliveries per month down-island (Courtenay→ Victoria route).

Campbell River: deliveries run every weekend.
If you have a preferred week, please leave a note at checkout (or call/text 250-465-8856).
Local Farm-Gate Pick-Up (Merville / Comox Valley)
Ready for your plants now? For pickup ASAP, please call/text/email after checkout to arrange a time.
Not quite ready yet? Add your preferred pickup date in the Order notes at checkout (below your contact info). We’ll confirm by message if we haven’t connected about a week before the date you indicate.

Shipping rates are based on courier routes, distance, and service coverage — not province borders. We keep pricing as low and fair as possible while protecting plant quality in transit.
