After placing your order:

✅ Mail Orders (BC + Canada):
At checkout, choose your preferred shipping week in the Mail Order Scheduling dropdown (bottom left, under your contact information).
We ship Mondays (first-come, first-served), and we’ll message you before shipping to confirm you’re ready.

✅ Vancouver Island Delivery (Drop-off Points):
After checkout, we will contact you to confirm the next available delivery date and the closest pick-up location.
We will be posting the delivery schedule closer to mid-March.

✅ Local Farm-Gate Pick-Up (Merville / Comox Valley):
If you’d like your plants ASAP, please call/text/email after checkout to arrange a pickup time.
If you’re not ready yet, leave your preferred pickup date in the Order Notes box at checkout and we’ll confirm by message.
