You’re all set to order your bare root strawberry plants

At checkout, please choose from: Mail-Order Delivery, Island-Wide Delivery (Victoria to Campbell River & points in-between), or Local Farm-Gate Pick-Up (Merville / Comox Valley).

Flexible Shipping and Delivery Timing

 

Just let us know when you’d like your plants to arrive. We’re happy to ship or deliver on your schedule whenever possible.

 

If your timing changes, no problem — just message us to reschedule.

How to Use the Quantity Tier System (Please Read)

Pricing is based on the total number of plants in your cart, not per variety.

How to Order

  • Choose your variety (Albion or Seascape)
  • Select the Quantity Tier that matches the total number of plants you want to order
  • Enter the number of plants you want for that variety
  • If ordering both varieties, add the quantities together — the total number determines the tier

Examples

10 Albion + 10 Seascape = 20 plants total → Select Quantity Tier: 15–49 plants for both

25 Albion + 30 Seascape = 55 plants total → Select Quantity Tier: 50–74 plants for both

25 Albion only → Select Quantity Tier: 15–49 plants

50 Seascape only → Select Quantity Tier: 50–74 plants

 

💡 The price per plant automatically adjusts based on the tier you select.

Mail-Orders (shipping schedule)

Mail orders ship Mondays, first-come first-served, typically within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
We’ll email you before shipping to confirm you’re ready for your plants, and we’ll send your tracking number once your order is on the way.

At checkout, choose your preferred shipping week in the Mail Order Scheduling dropdown (bottom left, below your contact information and Order notes).

Delivery Scheduling (Vancouver Island)

Once we receive your order, someone will contact you to confirm the next available delivery dates and the closest meet-up / pick-up point.

  • Starting mid-March: we do 2–3 deliveries per month down-island (Courtenay→ Victoria route).

  • Campbell River: deliveries run every weekend.

If you have a preferred week, please leave a note at checkout (or call/text 250-465-8856).

Local Farm-Gate Pick-Up (Merville / Comox Valley)

Ready for your plants now? For pickup ASAP, please call/text/email after checkout to arrange a time.

Not quite ready yet? Add your preferred pickup date in the Order notes at checkout (below your contact info). We’ll confirm by message if we haven’t connected about a week before the date you indicate.

Flat-rate shipping by bundle size + destination zone.
Final rate is determined by your delivery address at checkout.

Shipping rates are based on courier routes, distance, and service coverage — not province borders. We keep pricing as low and fair as possible while protecting plant quality in transit.
